我的体质一直不是很好，昨天爸爸说从明天开始要给我进行一项体质加强的训练计划，这不，今天就上演了“悲惨”的一幕，“练海无崖累作舟”的生活从今天拉开了序幕。
今天下午，爸爸软硬兼施，连拉带扯的将我推上了“战场”，今天的要求是绕着小区跑15圈，我粗略的估算了一下，一圈大概是100多米，照这么算的话，大约要跑1500多米啊！我差点被自己的估算吓晕了，但是想归想，跑还是要跑的啊，我望着小区*坦的水泥路面，咬咬牙，冲了上去，刚开始我跑得挺轻松，但是过了5圈后我的速度就渐渐的慢了下来，踩着的好象不是水泥路，而是一块熊熊燃烧的大铁板，脚上感觉像针扎一般，说不出的难受。但是我依旧坚持着，心想：晕，才跑5圈呐，感觉就如此糟糕，还有2/3没跑呢！绕着小区又跑了几圈，我的脚有些发软，大滴的汗珠顺着脸颊“奔腾而下”滴在了地上，在我的身后留下了一串串的印记。好不容易我跑完了十圈，但是我全身的力气像流水般地消失待尽，浑身像根面条，软绵绵的，脚上像灌了铅块，沉重无比，似乎骨头之间失去了连接。剩下的5圈，我几乎是连拖带走才勉强完成，完了爸爸说：“OK，行了，回家吧！”
但是我让爸爸先回去，而我自己则坐在楼下小区的椅子上休息，汗珠一颗颗调皮地从我的头上蹦到了地上，不一会地上就汇成了一条“小河”。过了一会，我才缓缓走向家。
回家洗了个澡，才感觉浑身上下舒服了一些，但是一想到了明天的训练，我又感觉“天崩地裂”，但是又转念一想：“算了，为了身体好一些，吃点苦也不算什么！”

我无意中看书，看到童第周这篇课文，童第周学习十分差，但他艰苦努力，早上、晚上都合理利用学习，从最后一名成为第一名。我从中受到很大的启发：无论做什么事要想成功，必须付出辛勤的劳动和汗水，才能获得丰收的喜悦。这又使我想起一句名言：“一分耕耘，一分收获。”多么好的名言，我的精神一下子提上来了，我找到了精神需要的补品。向以往那样，我又好好学习，每天老师带我们去知识的海洋，攻破了一道道难关。得到了一份份美好的战利品。我们高高兴兴地捧着战利品，等待下一关的挑战。

之后的日子也几乎是按照计划有条不紊地进行着，可开始的几天却……“还不起床!都神魔时候了!”一大早就听到爸爸这个“人工闹钟”吵个不停。还让不让人睡觉了!(我不敢说，只能在心里默默地念道)还处在半睡半醒的状态，就得开始工作。原本以为暑假可以“享受快乐生活”的愿望不幸被爸爸这个牛魔王发现，彻底破灭了。虽有些不情愿，但看着爸爸那恶狠狠的表情，也还是坚持了下去。想起以前我壮着胆子跟爸爸顶了一句，之后被挨了打，现在腿还感觉隐隐作痛，还是安分点儿好。一直等到了午休，才获得片刻休息时间。一觉醒来无知的我以为终于可以放松放松，便一个健步冲到电视机前。刚等我接触到开关，一只邪恶的手伸了过来，阻止了我，可把我吓得够呛，等我缓过神来，一张熟悉的脸出现在我面前，是爸爸!看他那得意的表情，好像一名警察找到了罪犯犯罪的线索似的，我还是乖乖会监狱“受刑”吧。
运动也是必不可少的。在放暑假的头一天，我就在想：三年的时光一扫而过，只有打下坚实的'基础，才能在初三的体育测试上拿下好名次。对!我得去锻炼锻炼。
“嘿咻! 嘿咻!”说干就干，才第二天就已经开始实施了。跑在凉风习习的江边小道。身边是川流不息的人群，抛开心中一切杂念，享受着清风微微吹拂，欣赏着柳条那妖娆的身姿，仿佛置身于一片仙境。现在我才明白运动 并不是一件“哭差事”。

暑假到了，火辣辣的太阳把大地烤的快要着火了，妈妈突然决定带我们去大雁塔北广场看喷泉，不一会儿，舅舅、舅妈、表哥、表妹都来了，我们一行十二人高高兴兴的出发了。雁塔水舞广场是亚洲的音乐喷泉广场，它位于西安市大雁塔北广场，同时它也是的'水景广场。
很快到了目的地，音乐喷泉已经开始了，那里人山人海真热闹，喷泉随着音乐的变化而变化，在夜晚灯光的衬托下。喷泉显得美轮美奂，音乐和光影组成了一道亮丽的风景线，音乐高时，喷泉就喷的高高的，细细的水珠在阳光的照耀下像彩虹公主下凡一般轻盈落地；音乐低时，喷泉就会喷的很低，就像刚学步的孩子一样跌倒再站起重复着一样的动作。音乐响起，喷泉就会随着音乐来看高低。当我正看得起劲音乐突然停了，原来喷泉结束了，我嚷着妈妈在看一场，妈妈同意了。
渐渐的太阳公公回家了，月亮姐姐出来散步了，两个小时后，已经是晚上8：00了，水舞广场的音乐再次响起，喷泉周围的彩色地灯也亮了起来，随着音乐声的变化喷泉也在不停地变化，七彩色的灯光也随着音乐不停的变化，有红色、蓝色、黄色、紫色、橘色、粉色、绿色、、、、、、最中间的一个喷泉突然向火箭一般“嗖”的一下冲上天空，就像擎天柱一样支撑着天空。音乐从高音突然变成了低音，喷泉便像悬崖的石头一样落了下来。随着音乐的高低起伏，最前面的喷泉像撑开的一把把小伞；在彩色灯光的照射下又像一个个彩衣少女在舞蹈。夜晚的喷泉更迷人！彩色的灯光把天空也照得色彩斑斓美不胜收。这迷人的景色让我不想回家，在妈妈的催促下我依依不舍的离开了水舞广场！
大雁塔水舞广场真的很壮观、很美丽、很漂亮，我以后还要来这里玩耍！

今天，妈妈一大早去市场买材料。回到家里妈妈就煮了牛扒、鸡翅膀、薯条、青菜，还买了一罐大百事可乐。我们就一起享受麦当劳，我觉得妈妈做得比麦当劳还好吃，而且又很多，吃也吃不完。晚上，我们又吃了一餐，我们吃得很高兴。但是，爸爸不在家，因为不喜欢吃。

今天，我给大家说一说我们从辅导班参加的活动——摘葡萄。
早晨，我们早早来到学校门口集合。老师先把标有1-15这几个数字的数字贴分给开车来的家庭，并告诉开车来的家庭把它贴在自己的车上。离开辅导班之后，我们就按顺序出发了。老师的车在最前面，我和妈妈还有哥哥坐在一位阿姨的车。
上车之后，我兴奋地不得了。真想快速的地到刘双老师家去看看葡萄园是什么样子的?车开在路上，我看到许多美景。过了好久，终于到了刘双老师家，我看到了一大片的葡萄园，美丽极了。
下了车，我们没有立刻涌入果园。老师按照报名顺序，把我们分成A、B两组。老师先给我们讲解了葡萄知识，又让我们抢答问题，答对题多的先进园。
分完组，老师就给我们两组提出问题让我们抢答。抢答很快就结束了，最后我们A组赢了，所以我们A组就先进去摘葡萄。我们先拿了工具—一把剪刀和一个桶，然后我们就进去摘葡萄了。我们到了中间一列摘的葡萄，葡萄的叶子好像人的手掌。我们摘的葡萄很大，摘完后，我才品尝了一下自己摘的大葡萄，之后又品尝了别人摘的`小葡萄。呀!我们摘的好酸，刚才听别人说大葡萄很酸，我还不信。现在，我非常后悔自己没有摘小葡萄。
我非常喜欢这次的摘葡萄活动，真令人难忘啊!

风起云涌，潮涨潮落，奇花异木，高山深谷……大自然像一位魔术师，它的杰作，常常令人惊叹与震撼。我去过许多地方，但是清远的笔架山景色优美，山峰林立，山环水绕。
从远处瞭望，就像笔架，所以由此命笔架山。山脚下，一条条小溪相互交错着，清澈见底，在阳光的照射下，波光粼粼，在突出的石头上剪出许多沌洁的白色水光，唱着欢乐的歌，“哗啦，哗啦”流到山下，凉丝丝的，走累了，让人情不自禁地用溪水来洗洗脸，顿时神采飞扬，神色怡然。山上的黄雀花是国家保护植物，花犹如麻雀的尾巴，又像一串串小金铃挂在树上，漂亮极了。顺着弯曲的小路走，两旁的灌木绿油油的，在闪闪发光，草地像软绵绵的地毯，中间点缀着五颜六色的野花，招来蜂飞蝶舞。
清晨，山顶烟雾弥漫，如仙境一般，怎能不让人心旷神怡呢?正好下着蒙蒙细雨，看不清楚远处的景色，若隐若现，不让人陶醉也不行呀!正像苏轼的诗《饮湖上初晴后雨》一样，“山色空蒙雨亦奇”呀!整个山顶浸入乳白色的浓雾中，随风飘荡的雾就像巨大的纱幕，清晨的雾真是无比奇幻，像天上的仙女撒下帷幔，山变成了谜一样的宫殿，雾在翻卷，就像神话中的“水漫金山”!现在的场景就像纱巾围绕着少女，给笔架山增添了几分神秘的色彩。
走到山顶，我和妈妈爸爸己经筋疲力尽，满头大汗了，下山就没有那么累了。几只麻雀、画眉鸟在枝头上兴奋地叫着，好像在说：“你好，你好，游客们。”溪水欢唱声，游人的笑声融合起来，真像一首悦耳的交响曲。我一边聆听着“音乐”,一边欣赏草地上欣然怒放的`小野花，真是一个不错的享受。笔架山虽然算不上风景名胜，名山大川，但是她风景美不胜收。
笔架山优美如画，鸟语花香，山清水秀，可惜我不是诗人，否则我会诗兴大发。笔架山令人如痴如醉，令人神往，也使人恋恋不舍地离开，流连忘返。祖国的东西南北，处处都有迷人的景色，但是缺少赏美的眼睛，就让我们通过郊游去感受祖国的美丽吧!

我一直都认为国产剧不吸引人是因为它没有迎合现在少年的心理，可最近发现不是这样，它不吸引人的主要原因不是做工差，也不是情节不吸引人，而是制片人本身不够重视。
开始也没有注意到这一点，是今天在看西游记的时候偶尔想到的。
今天我看的那集刚好到大闹天宫这一段，对这一集，我看了不知道有多少遍，只是依然感兴趣，就继续看。开始没什么，可是看到二郎神下界降孙悟空的时候，孙悟空说的那句话——你就是那个妹子与凡人相恋，最后她儿子劈山救母的二郎神？（大概就是这样，您不能指望我全背下来）的时候，我就自然而然地联想到了沉香劈山救母，这也是每次都会发生的事情，但这一次，我往前想了想，结果呢，越想越不对劲。
大家可以跟着我想一想：沉香是拿什么劈山的？斧头。斧头从哪里来的？神石里。是谁告诉沉香斧头在神石里的？孙悟空。孙悟空当时是什么身份？斗战胜佛。
斗战胜佛？也就是说当时孙悟空已经取经完毕了，而在西游记中，孙悟空说出这句话的时候他还连师父都没有认呢，这不是自相矛盾吗？
按照时间来说，《西游记》比《宝莲灯》拍得早，所以问题应该出现在《宝莲灯》上，而《宝莲灯》和《西游记》一样，都是我国经典的动画片（电视剧），经典的都这么马虎，不注意和别人协调，那些小电视剧呢？
我们*人也不太会衡量动画片的好坏，认为只要情节好就行，殊不知就是我们认为好的，对孩子有益的东西也有错误，还是很明显的。
记得小学的时候好像学过一篇课文叫“乌鸦喝水”，我不说大家也知道内容，那天下午回家后，我就做了实验，在杯子里放了少量水，然后放石子进去，结果石子倒是装了满满的一杯，水却没有上来，当时觉得很奇怪，但基于“课本一定是对的”这一固定思维模式，我也就没有探究，现在想想，也知道了原因，因为石子和石子之间有空隙，水都在那个空隙里了，哪能上来呢？
这么明显的一个问题，为什么直到现在才有人提出，在报纸上发表，之前人们都在干什么，为什么让这个明显有错误的文章在课本上呆了那么久？
还有我们耳熟能详的《灰姑娘》，也有两个明显的错误：第一，一夜过去，所有都会消失，那为什么水晶鞋没有消失？第二就是一个实际的'问题了，就是难道适合穿水晶鞋的人只有灰姑娘吗？就像现在，难道一个码子的鞋只有一个人能穿吗？
我说这些不是为了抨击*的审美观和艺术观，更不是否定*的制片水*，只是想提醒大家：好的不一定全是好的。

今天是云南之旅的第二天，是游大理古城，导游说：“大理是一个历史悠久而美丽的古城，它的后方是巍巍的苍山，前方是美丽的洱海”。我们跟随导游走进大理古街，古街的两侧全是古色古香、特具风格的古建筑，古建筑内是各种风格各异的小吃店和手工艺品店。沿街的商品琳琅满目、各式各样，比如：手镯、项链、花环……真是应有尽有，我挑了一个戴在脖子上，可是好看的东西太多了，看地我眼花缭乱，让我都不知道怎么选了，每一样东西都让我爱不释手。大街上人山人海，有时候只能侧着身子才能挤过去。大街的两旁还有很多小吃的呦！有过桥米线、烤乳扇等等，其中吃的就属“云南十八怪”中的烤乳扇了，是奶味的，甜甜的，脆脆的，可好吃了！
这就是大理古城，可是我下午就要出发去丽江了，真是让我流连忘返啊！
初一暑假日记6
今天妈妈让我给阿姨送东西，我戴上帽子眼镜，做好防晒，就去车站坐车了。还以为放假了坐车的人会少一些，没想到比没放假时人更多，好不容易挤上车，没等我站稳司机大叔就把车启动了。我一个趔趄差点摔倒，慌忙抓住头上的扶手。虽然车里开着空调但是人多热气大，空气很不好。过了两站，上来一位阿姨带着个两三岁的小孩子，靠窗户边的一个女孩迅速站起来让座，阿姨对女孩微笑着说“谢谢”，正想过去坐的时候，却被一个二十多岁打扮时髦的女孩抢着坐下去了，看着这一幕大家都愣了，让座的女孩说：“这座位是让给这带小孩的阿姨坐的，请你让一下。”没想到那抢座的女孩装作没听见，还挺悠然自得的戴上耳机并把头扭向一边，看这情况，带小孩的阿姨脸上有些尴尬，随即对让座女孩说：“谢谢你，我不坐，没关系的。”女孩也没再说什么。真不知道现在有些人是怎么了，一点公德心都没有。
初一暑假日记7
炎热的夏季往往是考验人毅力的时候，每个人的毅力不同，但求知的大门永远敞开。就看远处的你我愿不愿走进。走过了炎热，也就代表你走上了一个新的起点。这天我无意中看书，看到童第周这篇课文，童第周学习十分差，但他艰苦努力，早上、晚上都合理利用学习，从最后一名成为第一名。我从中受到很大的启发：无论做什么事要想成功，务必付出辛勤的劳动和汗水，才能获得丰收的喜悦。这又使我想起一句名言：“一分耕耘，一分收获。”多么好的名言，我的精神一下子提上来了，我找到了精神需要的补品。向以往那样，我又好好学习，每一天老师带我们去知识的海洋，攻破了一道道难关。得到了一份份完美的战利品。
使我坚定了信念，锻炼了意志和不断学习攀登的精神。等待下一关的挑战......
初一暑假日记8
我的爸爸很会买菜，我家里的菜一般都是他去买的。周六的下午，爸爸又准备去菜场买菜了，我嚷着：“爸爸，带我一块去买菜。”
我们一进菜场，我便看到旁边的摊子上有我最喜欢吃的带鱼。我拽了拽爸爸的胳膊示意他给我买。“老板，今天的鱼多少钱啊？”爸爸笑着问道，似乎和老板很熟悉的样子。“老顾客当然给你便宜点啦，这边个头最大的20元一斤，那边小点的15元一斤，你看你要哪种啊？”好的，来2条大的，爸爸说道。老板称完重后我默默的算了一下，大概要50元左右。我和爸爸边走边看还货比三家，最终挑了又便宜又新鲜的蔬菜。我望着爸爸买的一堆菜，我不禁感叹：“买菜也要智慧啊。”
经过买菜这件事，我发现生活中处处都有学问。我们也要善于运用所学的知识去发现生活中有趣的事情。
初一暑假日记9
短短的俩个月过去了，转眼间就又要读书了！
暑假结束了，好怀念在暑假里的那段美好的时光啊！
今天报名了，要开始读书计划了，好好努力，加油！在暑假里，我们玩得多开心啊！看看这儿，看看那儿，到处逛~瞧！这滋味，多爽啊！这是我们大家都期待的，对吧！我知道，有的喜欢宅在家，不出门；在家看看电视，打打电脑。这不是也很好么，对吧！开开心心得过下去不是很好么，对吧！
在暑假里，在校园里，在我们都会遇到一些困难。不过，没事，别怕，我们只要记得“阳光总在风雨后，要相信有彩虹”这就话就行了。我相信，只要记得这就话，那就会战胜一切困难的。加油！努力吧！
“先苦后甜”这个成语，你们都听说过，知道的吧！所以我们要努力的去把躲不过的苦都吃了；那样的话，到了后来，我们就能吃到香喷喷的，甜蜜蜜的糖和蜂蜜了。呵呵！我相信你们和我一样都喜欢吃甜的东西，对吧！
暑假结束了，新学期开始了！
初一暑假日记10
今天早上醒来清晰的记得自己的梦里，有CHEER的脸。整个梦里全是逃命后来LOG站在窗口前拉着我的手，对着我说，没事。跳下去。有我在。你的生命如同我的一样重要。这句话直到我醒来都还在我脑海里挥之不去。我想我肯定是很想念她了。亲爱的，快快回来。
刚刚看完一部短片《寻找黄金时代》是一部王小波先生的记录片吧。其实挺无聊的，整整27分钟不断的在追叙这个作家的过去。
我大概感兴趣的`内容就是其中有太多的来自于王小波本人的录影和他的作品。说起这个短片的由来有点好玩，今天去了两个书店，在第二家书店的时候，看了一个下午，腰都直掉了。准备走了，工作人员说有碟子可以免费赠送给你。不过是计算机碟，出于贪小便宜的心理，想的反正我家有计算机，就去看了是什么碟。碟到很多最后只淘出来这么一张有兴趣的。说起来也算没有白费我站在那里腰酸背疼的看了一个下午的书。总是有收获的嘛。
初一暑假日记11
今天，我们全家人去青龙峡玩。
到了景点入口，我们需要坐豪华的大巴车用手上山。我觉得这样的大巴车一定很安全。我坐在窗户边，看着美丽的风景，我很开心。车子开了，没有想到车子开的飞快。车轮好像碰到了高高的悬崖边 ，我非常害怕，就用手捂住眼睛。心想如果车子掉下了悬崖，那可就完了。想着想着吓出了一身冷汗。
下了车，到了瀑布边，很多人捉鱼玩水。我和弟弟玩水，小姨和小弟弟捉鱼，妈妈照相。外婆坐在大石头上休息。
最难忘的就是上山了，有三千多个台阶。很多人花钱坐索道。但是我、哥哥、弟弟、妈妈、爸爸和大姨走台阶。我、哥哥和弟弟把大人甩在身后，很多人都表扬我们，我们更有劲了。
多么难忘的旅游啊！
初一暑假日记12
从老家回来后的第一天，今天下着雨，所以没有做一些室外的运动，取而代之的是在室内。
今天我和我的两个小伙伴去到一个乒乓球室打乒乓球，乒乓球可是我国的国球啊，因为乒乓球，我们国家在很多届奥运会当中都获得了骄人的成绩。而当今打乒乓球的人也是非常的多啊，我有个朋友打乒乓球得到了全市的个人第二，团体第一的好成绩，我也非常替他骄傲!
早晨10时，我们仨人到达了乒乓球室，然后开始了一上午的激烈比拼。打乒乓球的时候姿态百出，什么左勾拳，右勾拳，螳螂拳，猴拳，醉拳都呈现了出来，争相的为了得到分数而努力，但更多的是为了锻炼身体，强健体魄，毕竟身体是革命的本钱啊!
在打乒乓的时候我不仅锻炼了身体，而且促进了朋友之间的友谊，最主要的是培养了我们这种奥林匹克精神，我希望大家都可以拥有奥林匹克精神!
初一暑假日记13
今天是我的生日，妈妈打算给我到儿童公园去玩，结果今天下大雨，我的心情一下子失落了许多，妈妈安慰我说;“那今天我们去学做生日蛋糕吧！’’我听了高兴地蹦了起来。
于是爸爸和妈妈带着我来到做蛋糕的地方，首先一位阿姨把一个香喷喷的蛋糕切成两层，然后教我把果浆放在蛋糕中间，再把那层蛋糕放上，把中间的奶油夹住，接着又教我如何给蛋糕涂上奶油，最后我在蛋糕上拼了五颜六色的花，还拼了一只可爱的小兔正在玩耍，在蛋糕上我用奶油弯弯曲曲地写了生日快乐。
初一暑假日记14
这天，妈妈买了一袋桃子。
我打开袋子，发现里面有两种桃子。一种是毛绒绒的，另一种是光秃秃的。它们的大小模样都差不多。听妈妈说，毛绒绒的是毛桃，光秃秃的是油桃。我发现它们的颜色不同，油桃是红色的，略带一点点黄，有点像苹果的外表。毛桃是又绿又红的，全身都长满了毛。
我一手拿着油桃，一手拿着毛桃。心想：哪个比较好吃呢？哎！不如两个都尝尝吧！我先吃了毛桃，一口咬下去，淡绿色的果肉露了出来，软软甜甜的，很好吃。我又吃了油桃，一口咬下去，黄色的果肉露了出来，翠翠的，甜甜的，真好吃！
妈妈说，桃子不光有这两种，还有很多种呢。我想：如果有机会的话，我要把它们全都尝个够。
初一暑假日记15
今天，我们一家三口报名参加一日游旅行团。
早上八点半旅行车接我们，第一站是朝天宫阿育王塔，那里有孔子雕像，意思是让我们好好学习、天天向上。
第二站是*南京云锦博物馆，那是展览古时候衣服制造工艺，它是非物质文化遗产。第三站是莫愁湖公园，那时景色优美，有很多茶花，告诉人们莫愁女的爱情故事。第四站是阅江楼，在那里一个叫金松亭的书法家给我写了一首关于我的诗。第五站是秦淮河、夫子庙，我在那看见了一条很长的河。第六是观音景区，在那里我学会了如何拜佛。第七站是中山陵，那里是纪念国父孙中山先生的地方。
南京旅游可以用八个字形容：吃喝玩穿，山水城林。
真开心！这次一日游又让我增长了很多新知识。
