毕业论文摘要部分摘 要 作为山西省晋城市唯一的上市公司，LH集团在近几年来取得了突飞猛进的发展，但在发展的同时，面对因为薪酬原因而产生的核心员工流失，员工工作积极性不高等现象，公司应该怎样处理？是依照现有制度继续运行，还是大刀阔斧的进行改革，消除企业的隐患？如果改革，又将如何进行？本文以大型国有企业，山西省LH集团为背景，在结合实际的基础上，对企业的薪酬制度进行分析，提中其中的问题，并且根据最新的薪酬研究成果进行分析，提出对策，并且以岗位评价为重心，阐述如何建立对内公平、对外有竞争力、符合个体公平的薪酬设计。

作为一家大型国有上市企业，晋城市LH集团在成立之初到现在，都保持着企业的高速发展，但在发展背后，也出现了一些核心员工流失、员工工作绩效水平不高的问题，究其原因，正是不合理的薪酬制度所造成的。本文将在对LH集团薪酬制度现状深入调查的情况下，结合最新的薪酬研究成果，对其进行认真分析，并提出相应的解决对策，进行以岗位评价为重心，对薪酬体系进行重新设计，为如何建立公平合理、并且具有外部竞争力的薪酬制度提出实践应用方法。
毕业论文结论部分结论 其实写完了本篇论文，也仅仅是对企业的薪酬制度做出了一个相对科学的设计方案，薪酬制度是随着企业的发展而不断变动的，但唯一不变的，就是它在企业在占据的核心地位。根据企业的发展理论，在发展的最初阶段，企业应当保持高额基本薪资，高额绩效工资的战略规划，在成熟阶段，企业仍应当保持着高水平的绩效工资，这样才有可能达到好的激励效果。
所以我们应当重视的是，企业的薪酬设计应当随时符合市场的发展要求，根据不同的企业级别制定不同的薪酬标准，保持企业的外部竞争力。但同时，更不可忽略的一点就是企业的内部竞争力，但企业发展到一定规模的时候，企业的生产效益更多的主导因素，就是员工的作用。
员工在企业中辛勤工作，回报这份劳动的就是薪酬，所以薪酬可以看作是员工和企业之间联系最紧密的一条纽带。企业制定合理的薪酬标准，使员工得到满意，那么员工就甘愿为企业付出，达到双赢的效果，反之，过多的抱怨，损害的也是双方的利益。
我的这篇文章比较看重的就是员工的岗位评价的公正性，每个企业都有自己不同的特点，所以在具体设计时应根据企业的特点来制定适宜的岗位要素，并通过这些要素进行岗位的价值评判。比如LH集团，员工的工作环境因素就必须要看作一个很重要的衡量标准，这也是根据LH是作为一个煤炭综合型国企的实际情况来设计的。
而其他部分，比如福利和保险工资，则没有过多涉及。无论是在实际应用中，还是在研究理论方面，我都尽量使此次分析和设计符合科学性、实际操作性的原则。
但由于个人水平限制原因，我对这个课题研究还不是很深入，论文本身还存在诸多欠妥之处，恳请老师与同学们给我提出宝贵的意见，我将在以后的研究中进一步完善和深化。毕业论文致谢部分致谢。

专科毕业论文正文字数一般应在3000字以上。
毕业论文正文：包括前言、本论、结论三个部分。
前言(引言)是论文的开头部分，主要说明论文写作的目的、现实意义、对所研究问题的认识，并提出论文的中心论点等。
前言要写得简明扼要，篇幅不要太长。
